The Past Eight Years in the Hearn House with George W. Bush as our President

We sadly say goodbye to President George W. Bush today. Our 43rd President has been around in the American political arena since the establishment of our home in June 1999. As newlyweds, we watched Fox news and all the debates leading up to that intense 2000 election. Most events of our life transpired with such a man of honor as our President. Here is a timeline of our family over the past 8 years.

• Rebecca watched the 2001 Inauguration with morning sickness. Anna Grace was on her way!







• September 11, 2001 we had a 3 week old baby Anna Grace to think about during on that fearful day.







• September 19, 2001 Kevin became Pastor of Faith Baptist Church







• August, 2003 The War on Terror was waging strong and this is when Olivia made her appearance!







• We worked hard to re-elect Presidnet Bush in 2004. That seems like yesterday.







• We welcomed Kevin Caswell, future President (JK) to America and our family in 2006.







• Kevin's dad, an ol' southern democrat, passed on to live with the Ruler of All Nations, Jesus Christ.







• Today, January 20, 2008, we are thankful for a historical, peaceful transfer of power in a country God has blessed, America.

Goodbye, President Bush. Thank you for your stand. Thank you for serving God and our family.
